You can place your order with us here at www.coleshillcollection.com from our online catalogue.

Our entire kit and accessory collection is available online.

Just add your selected items to the basket. You can either, register with us and create your own account to log in to when you shop with us or you can check out as a guest.

We use a secure payment system – Sage Pay which accepts all major cards or alternatively, you can check out safely with PayPal.

If you encounter any problems ordering or shopping on our site, please contact us.

We also offer a full mail order service. Our catalogue is available to download or we can post a copy out to you on request.

Please add the correct postage charge to your order as per your order form.

Please make cheques payable to; The Coleshill Collection and include the cheque guarantee number, along with your name and postcode on the back.

We only accept cheques made out in £Sterling (GBP)

 

You can also place your order over the phone from Monday – Thursday on 0800 007 6550 and pay by card.

We will need the name and address of the card holder, card number, expiry date and the security code to process your payment.

Your card will be charged when your order is ready for despatch.

We aim to despatch orders within 3 – 5 days, or sooner if possible.

If an item is out of stock or will be longer, we will advise you on receipt of the order.

Appleton’s wool orders take approximately 7 – 10 days as we order the wool in for you as required.

We are happy to help with any advice you need on any of our products before placing an order, please just get in touch.

With some of our designs, it is possible to alter shades of wool to suit your furnishings and preferred choice of scheme. Please contact us for details and additional cost.
