Delivery Charges
Please note, orders in time for Christmas need to be placed before the 20th of December.
The office will close for Christmas on Friday the 20th of December and reopen early January.
Delivery rates will be charged according to the weight and size of the total products ordered.
You will be offered various Royal Mail options to select your preferred choice.

We use the 1st class signed for service as our standard option. Tapestry and larger kits use the small parcel option and smaller kits such as cards and samplers are despatched via the large letter option.
Postage is calculated by the actual packaged weight and size of the order using current Royal Mail rates and charges.
We use Royal Mail for most of our products and Evri for some larger accessories.
We also use Royal Mail for despatching our airmail.
We post worldwide.
You can choose from a standard service or Tracked and Signed.
